Insurance Companies’ “Tricks of Trade” Revealed
As most of you know, I used to work for many of the largest insurance companies in the world and defended all sorts of Virginia automobile accident, wrongful death, medical malpractice, slip and fall, dog bite, brain injury and various other types of Virginia personal injury claims.
I now put this experience and “inside information”about the insurance industry to use for the benefit of my injured clients as we battle the insurance carriers for fair compensation.
The American Association for Justice (AAJ), of which I am a proud member, has just issued a very revealing “white paper,” which details many of the unfair, unethical and even illegal tactics the insurance companies regularly employ in order to deny, delay, confuse and refuse valid claims under their policies. (just click the link to download it.)
Why do the insurance companies do this?
MONEY!
If you are involved in a dispute with an insurance company or are considering making a claim for personal injuries you received in a car/truck/motorcycle accident, an attack by a dog, negligent medical care, nursing home neglect or other type of accident, then you should read this AAJ report. It will open your eyes to strategies of the insurance industry. (Incredibly, these same despicable tactics are used in wrongful death cases to prey upon spouses, children and other family members left without means of financial support due to the death of a loved one.)
Also, you will likely want to obtain a free copy of one of my books about the personal injury process in Virginia, both of which outline and detail Virginia insurance companies’ schemes for denying and delaying payment of valid claims.
I applaud the AAJ for issuing this report and encourage everyone to read it and give it to friend as well.
Knowledge is power!
