Fatal Car Accident in Dale City Horrified Police | Prince William Personal Injury Lawyer

On the afternoon of January 22, 2010, 19-year-old Freedom High School Senior Mohammed Wali reportedly lost control of his 2005 Honda Civic, crossed the median on Dale Boulevard, and ultimately caused a car crash that took his life. The fatal car accident on Dale Boulevard in Dale City, Virginia was so horrific that it stunned seasoned law enforcement and others responding to the scene as Wali’s vehicle was nearly unrecognizable from the damage. The driver and 4-year-old passenger in the van that Mohammed Wali’s car collided with are expected to recover from their injuries.
Initial investigation reveals that all passengers were wearing seat belts; however, the 4-year-old passenger in the van was seated in the front passenger seat and not properly restrained in a child safety seat. Speed is initially being considered as the cause of this horrific fatal car accident.
