Arizona Teen Accidentally Runs Over and Kills Brother | Virginia Personal Injury Attorney
A game of horseplay went terribly wrong when 17-year-old Dwight J. Brock, Jr. teased his sister 16-year-old Nicole Brock in the parking lot of Superstition Springs Mall in Mesa, Arizona on January 2, 2009. Nicole Brock was dropping off her brother at the mall when Dwight Brock decided goof off with his sister by suddenly stepping in front of the car that Nicole Brock was operating causing her to slam on the brakes to miss him. This game went on several times until finally Nicole was not able to stop quick enough to avoid accidentally running over her brother causing injuries that killed him.
Mesa Police believe that alcohol was not a factor and charges will not likely be filed in this matter.
